When the new Jeep Compass arrived at Iverson Chrysler Center, Inc., we recognized it was going to change this industry. These are a few safety features helping to protect motorists as they navigate the roads in our area.

In an effort to reduce fatigue-related and distracted driving instances, your new Jeep Compass comes with the Lane-Keeping System. This unique feature was designed to scan the road surface and identify when the vehicle has drifted from the lanes, alerting the driver by vibrating the steering wheel until the correct action has been taken.

The Adaptive Cruise Control system in your new Jeep Compass is able to maintain safer driving distances as you begin to travel at faster speeds. Simply activate the feature, and it uses forward mounted sensors to scan well ahead to a lead vehicle, creating the buffer zone, and then speeding or slowing automatically to keep you and your passengers safe.
